About this property

Beautiful and spacious 3B/2bath condo featuring gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops fully equipped with top-of-the line appliances (full-size refrigerator, stove), small appliances (microwave, REGULAR coffee maker), cookware, dishes and flatware. Spacious, fully furnished balconies overlooking the bay and HSB Tower Clock.
Washer/Dryer/Hairdryer and bath amenities. Condo is cleaned Covid-19 standards since March 2020.

Beautiful Bay view from the top floor patio overlooking the action on the lake!
Approximately 1,640 square feet w/ 292 sq ft patio. The Waters pool & BBQ area are currently UNDER CONSTRUCTION and is anticipated to be updated with a spa for use this summer 2024. The lake is also steps away from enjoyment.
If you plan to bring a watercraft, please contact Terry Carpenter or Amanda Rodriguez at HSB Resort at (830)596-2582 to rent one of The Waters docks during your stay or Bay Marine to access the lake & for trailer storage. Monthly rentals available.

Horseshoe Bay Resort & Golf access is not allowed for guests without membership. Please contact Bay Marine & Sports Center at (830)598-8763 to inquire on boat storage or repair. Next door to Bay Marine is a public ramp for boat launching.

Concierge Services upon request; If you forgot something, need groceries or maybe want a romantic night setup; Let us know. Our wonderful HSB Concierge Services will take care of your needs.

New elevators with HVAC were installed September 2023. Stairs are available to the 4th floor. NO WI-FI will be provided.

Never walked in the door- difficulty getting in

Property owner? Manager? Whomever- less than helpful getting into condo Literally had to rent another condo for our family NEVER walked into this condo Terrible at best (refund?? Money back?? Nope)

Nice Waterfront Condo

The condo itself was great! Clean, Easy to get to, and on the top floor. Plenty of space for 6 people comfortably. Oversized balcony was great for morning coffee! Only complaint would be no access to the beautiful main pool where the bar and beachfront is located. It's for club members only. There is a pool for condo access but it fails in comparison to the main pool. No music, no bar, needs some TLC. Plus, heavy construction is going on right now directly behind the condos and pool so it's super loud construction noises, will need headphones or something at the pool. The marina was beautiful and easy to work with and the restaurant on site was delicious. Overall, it's priced really well for a 3 bedroom condo on the water.
