Cape Terrace 801 is perfect for your summer fun! Swim or fish right out the front door and be sure to bring your boat!

Our condo is on the first floor, has secure gated access and a designated parking spot 15 feet from our front door. No stairs or slow elevators to bother with. All within walking distance to the Resort and Horseshoe Bay amenities. Come enjoy our beautiful water of LBJ.

We allow check-in at 9:00 am and check-out at 4 pm (when possible) to allow our guests to have a long, relaxing stay.

The living room is outfitted with a leather sofa and cozy recliner . We have furnished our condo with 3 large flat screen TVs.!

We offer a king-sized bedroom, queen-sized bedroom and 2 full baths. And, for those who are like us, you will find fantastic pillow-top mattresses with 500 count sheets and luxury linens. You will never want to leave!

Beautifully furnished, Cape Terrace 801 is located in a prime setting directly on Lake LBJ – Dock your boat or personal watercraft off our front balcony and enjoy a relaxing day on constant level Lake LBJ, the largest constant level lake in Texas. No boat? You will still enjoy the beautiful, unobstructed views of the water, nature and direct access to waterfront from the very large lakeside balcony with grill and outdoor seating.

Our cozy furnishings, spectacular view, incredible first floor location, and unbelievable price make this vacation rental by owner on Horseshoe Bay one of the best the Hill Country has to offer.

Perfect getaway!

The condo is located right on the water in the heart of a lovely quiet neighborhood. Although it is cozy, it is so well organized that it met our every desire. From cooking in the well equipped kitchen to catching fish right off of the boat dock, we enjoyed every minute. Our boat was docked just steps away from our front door, which was awesome. Comfy beds, tv's in both bedrooms, and private baths for each bedroom just made everything even more enjoyable. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Breathtaking views. Charming. Perfect place to relax and recharge. We will be back - often!!

We were searching for a place to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We were looking for a place with a view of the lakes. Never did we think we would find a one of a kind incredible spot with the most amazing views of the Texas sunset we’ve ever seen. Thank you Bobe for creating such a magical place!

Great Location Great Condo

Loved location right on water front. Condo was very clean and as described in the listing. The owner was easy to communicate with and even check on us with email note midway through our stay. Highly recommend and hope to return some day!

Perfect Getaway

This property was perfect for my husband, myself, my daughter and her boyfriend. The place was extremely clean and well kept. Both beds were so comfortable; it didn’t even feel like we were out of town. We have stayed in 2 other properties in The Cape and this was by far the best. We shopped at the HEB in Marble Falls & were able to cook all meals (the grill on the porch was great) for our 4 night stay. The kitchen had everything. The owners were awesome with responding & instructions. We will be back. Thank you!!
