• Lake viewThe House overlooks its own private lake known as a dam in Australia. The dam is surrounded by tall Karri trees and attracts a wide variety of bird life which can be viewed from the deck of the house.
• Ocean viewYou can see glimpses of the beautiful William Bay through the beautiful Karri forest that is part of this picturesque property. If you walk down the paddock, you will have the full beauty of the view.
