New resort style pool area. Fantastic for large groups or multiple families who want to walk or bike to town. Beautiful pastoral setting with magnificent sunsets. Large front rear and side yards at the end of a quiet dead end street - perfect for children. Bedrooms and living areas are spread out allowing privacy for large groups. There is a large open recreation/game room with ping pong, fooseball, big screen TV, etc….. with 6 bed bunk room above in a separate wing of the house.
