Welcome to Phoenix 9307! This beautiful two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo is the perfect getaway, offering plenty of space for up to six guests. Relax in the master suite with a king bed, or enjoy the comfort of two queen beds in the second bedroom, ideal for families or friends traveling together.

This condo is brand new to our rental program, so you’ll be among the first to enjoy it! We’re in the process of capturing updated photos, so check back soon to see more of what makes Phoenix 9307 a wonderful vacation spot.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in Orange Beach! The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was well-stocked and had everything we needed to feel at home during our vacation.The location was one of the biggest highlights. Beach access was quick and convenient, making it easy to spend our days on the sand and come back to the condo whenever we wanted. We also really appreciated the covered parking garage. Having covered parking in the Alabama heat was a huge plus, and the garage being so close to the condo made loading and unloading luggage and beach gear incredibly easy.The only area that fell short for us was the pool. It wasn’t as nice as we expected and could definitely use some improvements. Thankfully, since the beach was just a short walk away, it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful stay.Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would absolutely stay here again. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay with great beach access and easy parking.
