Surprise arrival announcement of no air conditioning, just ceiling & portable fans, substandard amenities such as non-functioning countertop double gas burners e no microwave. Substandard bedding & minimal amount of pillows & low quality bath towels (2). substandard toiletries, Indoor wood work in need of thorough cleaning as well as 2 bedroom porches in need of attentive cleaning. Outdoor walls crawling with termites & their tracks, reported to & ignored by host

Main floor of house in Puerto Escondido

The apartment was better than the photos showed when I booked. Kitchen upgrade appreciated. Good ceiling fans so a cool place to retreat to in the heat of the day. Quiet area, short walk to beach and restaurants. Beach wonderful in early morning, very crowded later on. Very gracious host of this property..

The Cute Apartment

Everything was fine. They just need to replace the faucet in the bathroom. The trash at the entrance was on the ground for a couple of days, until someone cleaned it. Everything else was fine.

I appreciate your suggestion about the replacement of the faucet although is working fine maybe It has to be replaced for a new model. Concerning the garbage the trash was spilled out on the street and not inside my property, I assume that it was the New Year's trash of some other people so it wasn't my responsibility.

Het appartement is gelegen op minder dan 5 minuten lopen naar de gezellige straat Benito Juarez, het centrum van Rinconada. De faciliteiten in het appartement zijn super. We genoten ervan om op het achter balkon te zitten en te ontspannen. De communicatie met Jesus wat top! We komen heel graag terug.

Riconada/Bacocho Residencia

Great location, close to restaurants and Playa Carrizalillo. Very spacious, floor space large enough for 3 yoga mats. Beds were comfortable with great cross breeze for sleeping. Bathroom and kitchen supplies were scarce.

Lovely Apt...

My daughter and I rented both the 2nd and 3rd floor apts in this building. Both places were as described, safe, centrally located, a short walk to the nearest and prettiest beach and local shops and restaurants... our stay was very comfortable, the landlord very accomodating and helpful, and it was a special and personalised experience that I would definitely repeat again when I am next in beautiful Puerto Escondido... Many thanks Jesús for all of your assistance and making our stay so memorable... Jennifer
