Exclusive Palm Valley Country Club is a gated community with two 18-hole golf courses, lighted tennis courts, 2 restaurants, cocktail lounge, athletic club, olympic sized swimming pool.
Our condo is located at the highest elevation of Palm Valley Country Club. It has the best views overlooking the 5th green of the Championship Course and sits directly above the largest lake in Palm Valley. There are double fairway views all the way to the mountains.
LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM
Expansive open floor plan. The living room opens to the golf course patio and has outstanding views.
KITCHEN
Gourmet kitchen will inspire your inner chef with its granite counters, large island, and Viking appliances. Recessed lighting throughout.

BEDROOM
Ultimate retreat facing the expansive views of the golf course and lake. The bedroom has a King Size bed, dark wood dresser and two large night stands. Large flat screen TV.

Bathroom has double vanities with a oversized walk in shower.

Queen bed. Tub Shower combo. Single sink, granite counters.
OUTSIDE
Private courtyard patio with tables, chairs, and umbrella. Gets morning shade and afternoon sun.
Golf course patio has a remote controlled awning. There is a custom gas BBQ.
