About this property

This is the perfect holiday house for a family (or two), it has 2 double bedrooms and 2 children's rooms. It is located in a quiet street approximately 400 to the Tyrone foreshore and a short 15 min walk to the Blairgowrie shops. It is a clean, comfortable house that has everything you'll need.

The house has 4 bedrooms, one that doubles as a kids retreat, open plan kitchen living and dining, two bathroom with a separate toilet and laundry.

The lounge room has a flat screen TV, DVD player, split system air conditioner and heater. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots, pan, utensils, toaster, dishwasher & microwave. Each bedroom has quality mattress, donnas and pillows.

Relax on the covered back deck with a large outdoor open fireplace with BBQ area and outdoor table and chairs, great flat grassed area for kids with a cubby house to enjoy.

BR1 - 1 Queen Bed; BR2 - 1 Queen Bed; BR3 - 2 bunks; BR3 - 1 bunk and futon couch that can be made into a double bed.

SCHOOLIES GROUPS & LARGE GROUPS UNDER 25 - Please note, we do not accept any schoolies bookings or bookings from large groups under the age of 25. Our place is a family holiday house in a very peaceful, quiet residential area, and not suited to such occasions. Schoolies enquires will not be responded to. Thank you

Awesome Deck

Had a excellent stay at The Beach House - had chosen this property due to the Deck out the back and was not disappointed ! We spent most of our time out on the deck - coffee and breakfast in the morning, Happy Hour drinks and many BBQ Dinners. Awesome position - 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is very comfortable - great clean beds, plenty of room in each bedroom with storage and great open plan lounge/dining. The owners were a pleasure to deal with - very flexible and accommodating. Only one small issue with the dishwasher however we were alerted to this prior to arrival and were able to work around it. Will definately book again. Thanks for a lovely week.

Fantastic holiday house - perfect for families

The beach house was a great place for a family holiday. The house is in a great location, quiet and peaceful. It is well set up for families (and would accommodate 2 families also)...with bunk beds, separate lounge/tv rooms for kids and a good size backyard. The fireplace area is amazing and adds another 'room' to the house. The fireplace is huge and is a great place to gather around. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable - we would highly recommend it.
