The condo was exactly as advertised. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and he absolutely loved the theater room! The location is very convenient to the beach and easy parking at the beach. It was quiet even though we were right at the main drag and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We had the best week there!

Hi Steve, I'm glad you enjoyed our property. Sorry about the stove, but it's clear from the pictures of the kitchen and the listing what's available in the apartment: "Full size fridge with top freezer, microwave, small toaster oven/airfryer, hot plate." Thanks!

The property was great and the owner was very responsive. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The only downfall is having to cross a busy road to get to the beach.

Hi April, thanks for your review. I understand there's a road to get to the beach, but I'd just like to add that there's a crosswalk with a traffic light there, making the short walk very safe. Thanks, Rafael.

Overall our stay was great. Great location, very clean, and good communication, But, the internet was not very good. The movie theatre was an awesome feature, but we couldn’t watch an entire movie without the WiFi going out (but quickly back on) at least once. The playground area could use some TLC. It was overgrown and had prickly weeds.

I checked the few messages we exchanged and also talked to our Property Manager, you never mentioned any issues during your short stay. Next time you come, please let us know right away, so we can take action and make you have the best time. Thanks, Rafael.

This was the most perfect little house for our family weekend getaway. Any questions I had the host answered within minutes which helped make our stay seamless! The weather was a little cold for the beach but our son thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and he also loved the arcade games. If we ever come back to Kitty Hawk, we would consider staying here again!

Hi Tiffany, glad you had a good time. Just a note, it's right on the first page of the listing, under "About" that our Property Manager lives upstairs, maybe you missed it on the description... "Our Property Manager lives upstairs, if the guest needs any special attention.". Thanks again, Rafael.
