You feel like you are away from it all .....while you are still close to town, shopping, the falls, Buffalo. Ridgeway is close by with a nice small-town feel, quality restaurants, and tavern. There is grocery, drug store, amenities all in the area.

This is a quiet area. We ask and require you to please respect the Neighbours and Environment. No Parties are permitted and No Noise Disturbances for the neighbors. Please no loud music, yelling, vulgar language, etc. This is at any time of day. There is zero tolerance as this is key for being good neighbors.

There is shopping, grocery, pharmacy, urgent care, golf courses near by and a biking and walking trail, Ridgeway shops, Crystal beach area. The famous Niagara Falls is only 20 minutes away and buffalo is only 20 minutes.
