Garland Cottage is a small self-contained cottage situated in a lovely quiet area of Hamilton close to town centre and botanic gardens. Suitable for overnight or short- term stays and accommodates one couple (queensize bed)
It is a bed-sitter with small dining table and chairs, 2 seater couch. Can fit byo porta-cot for toddler.
The room is tastefully furnished with quality bedlinen and fresh flowers.
Tea, coffee maker and biscuits provided. Breakfast provisions supplied (cereals and toast) $15pp cooked breakfast.
Complimentary coffee voucher for 2 for delightful Roxborough House nearby.
There is an outdoor deck and barbeque if required for your use and a restuarant within walking distance to town. Please notify owner if you would like them to book you a table.
We are pet friendly if necessary for one small/med dog if kept in their bed in the room or in secure garden.
There are good walking tracks by the river at the end of our street.
We have off street parking. Friendly hosts will make you feel welcome.
