You are not alone

Property listing does not advertise that it is a shared unit. Downstairs neighbour. Very nice person, but was unnerving to hear voices and music first night when you don’t know anyone is there. Owner never got back to us when we asked if there was anyone living below. Everything floats upstairs so disturbs sleep. If you are expecting it or know about it you can make better choices. We would not have chosen it knowing that. However, tenant rescued us when keypad entry would not work late one night and owner was onot responding to messages.
