• The northeast entrance to Yellowstone National Park is just four miles away, making this the perfect jumping off point for sightseeing in the park. We are especially close to the park's Lamar Valley, known for its exceptional wildlife viewing. The house is in Cooke City, which is a historic mining town. A few doors down, there's a charming indoor/outdoor museum focused on local history. A block or so away is an old-time general store and a Miner's Saloon that serves food and is full of local character.
