Clean and comfortable unit. I wish there was more than one bath towel, washcloth, and hand towel do my two night stay. The location is great. Walking distance to the Aspen Mtn. gondola and many restaurants and shops.

This place was perfect. Was nice and cozy with plenty of space for 2. The bed and pull out couch are both very comfortable. Had no issue with parking on a first come first serve basis. Once we parked we never had to move the car. We were able to walk everywhere. 5 min walk to the gondola or bus to the other moutains and everything else was no more than an 8-10min walk. The host was great and communicated great and with fast responses. Was a great spot to get away for a few nights to relax and ski. I hope to return to Aspen and stay here again.

Nice place but really only big enough for two adults, maybe a couple of small children. Location was good walking distance to downtown and the Gondola. We would stay there again if we ever went back.

Close to downtown and the Silver Queen gondola

This was a cozy, welcoming place to stay for a few nights' getaway. All of downtown Aspen was an easy walk. Close to restaurants, the grocery store, the gondola to the top of Aspen Mountain, and to Aspen's wonderful park and trail system. We could hear some delivery truck traffic at night, but enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

PERFECTION!

We loved every second of our stay and this condo let us do it all. Heart of Aspen is spot on -- it is a beyond perfect location -- comfortable and there was easy communication and they had every single item we could ask for on-site. We were able to ski, dine, shop and relax in complete comfort in this awesome place. Communication and cleanliness were top notch and we are so grateful to have the opportunity to stay here! We'd move in if we could. Thanks for making Aspen so incredible for us and our family!!

Condo for two

We enjoyed our stay in Aspen. The studio apartment was totally sufficient for our short stay. Very clean, nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen. However, be aware that the condo is located on a very loud street. Sleeping with open windows was impossible. But if noise doesn't bother you, this is fine.

Great place to base out of. Small but has all the necessities. Easy to work with owners. Third story walk up is noticeable if you are from a lower altitude but we had no issues. Parking was relatively easy. We never had any problems with availability. The location could not be better. Beautiful trails across the street, bear Gondola, near pedestrian mall.

Pros: Great location. Owner is very communicative. Fair price. Plenty of room. Nice designed room. Cozy.Cons: Only 1 bath towel. Saw it in past reviews and happened to us as well. This needs to be fixed. On the third floor with 0 elevator. Fairly confident it is a full sized bed not a queen -- not a huge deal and could be wrong.
