Beautiful, bright, cozy home will feel like your home away from home. 2 master suites & Washer/Dryer upstairs. Living room & Master have flatscreen TVs. Bedroom and half bath downstairs. Ceiling fans throughout. Dining room & breakfast nook will seat 8 altogether. The kitchen is equipped w/ Keurig, stainless steel gas range, and built-in microwave oven. Ring Doorbell on front porch for security. Beautifully landscaped backyard has propane grill, table and chairs/umbrella. Beautiful park a few blocks away.

My home has a lovely, green park within walking distance. The home is located in a highly-sought after Master Community of Rancho Sahuarita. 20 minutes south of the greater city of Tucson and 2 miles north of the popular golf community of Green Valley Arizona, loaded with golf courses. 61 miles to Patagonia Lake. 42 miles from Sonoita wine country with lots of great winery's to visit.
