The spacious living room features a comfortable lounge suite that converts to a double bed, smart flatscreen TV, sheer curtains with block-out blinds, and an electric heater for cozy evenings.
The fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes a 4-burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave, Fisher & Paykel refrigerator, and vintage-inspired off-white subway tiling — perfect for preparing meals at home.
A generously sized bedroom enjoys abundant natural light from a large picture window, block-out blinds, a ceiling fan, and ample wardrobe space — ideal for longer stays. The adjoining private study offers a quiet space for remote work or reading.
The beautifully renovated bathroom includes a combined bathtub and shower with a frameless glass screen, plus a washing machine and separate dryer for convenience.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

* Extra $40/night will be charged for extra guest after 2

* If sofa linen is required there will be a $40 charge per stay

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.

* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
