All bedrooms and living room have air-conditioning flowing through a modern kitchen with everything you need, induction top, range hood, dishwasher, microwave and oven, pots and pans, great fridge with 4 doors with cold water and ice maker. The Villa offer a great patio area with a roof covering a wooden IPE deck where you can relax on the lounge beds overlooking a North American style pool, only 46 inches deep, where you can relax with your drinks or dance under the stars. Watch a movie from the pool with the WIFI projector or have fun on the golf putting area with golf clubs and golf balls available at the house.

The rate includes a final cleaning, bookings fee and an allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 15, - per night and Wireless Internet. Over usage of utilities, shall be at your discretion and at your expense.

The entire property and all amenities are for your own private use.
