Swim or lounge in the private backyard with custom 40' salt water lap pool overlooking the Salina Bird Sanctuary. Within a 5 minute walk to the beach at the Marriott or Ritz Carlton. 10 minutes walk to kite or windsurfing and some of the best snorkeling at Malmock Beach. Or take a stroll to the nearby Palm Beach Mall and Restaurant Row and gift shops. Located next to the Aruba Raquet Club equipped with a gym, tennis courts, a restaurant and bar. Daily, weekly or monthly memberships are available. Situated on a quiet culdesac but close to everything this villa is perfect for your getaway. This is strictly a non-smoking property. Note: 3 Security cameras are in use at all times. Coverage includes Front Door, the Front Yard and the Backyard. All cameras are outward looking( 1. on the southeast corner , 2. on the southwest corner 3. front door bell camera) and do not look into interior spaces. There are no interior camera devices. Alexa smart home devices are also used to control the alarm system, living room lights, pool lighting, outdoor lighting and HVAC controls. Tampering with any smart home devices including cameras will result in loss of deposit and/ or fines. Cameras are a requirement of insurance companies in Aruba to be fully insured.

Aruba review

House was roomy and clean. Had lots of pots, pans, dishes etc. Had a washer & dryer but you must supply your own detergent. The pool area was amazing! Can’t say enough good things about it…just outstanding! Lots of beach towels too. House is a convenient walk to the beach & high rise hotels. Unfortunately, the construction going on a couple lots down was rather disappointing. Hammers started at 7am. Definitely not the owners fault but it would have been nice to know.

Great place

We loved our stay at this property. It is so close to the beach - an easy 5 minute walk through a lovely bird sanctuary. The lap pool in the back yard was a great way to cool off at the end of the day. The host was easy to contact and was very helpful. The house is fully equipped and nicely furnished. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Noord.

Beautiful Noord Home

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home right at the far edge of the high rise district in a quiet neighborhood. Super convenient location- a quick and very nice/safe walk across the bird sanctuary to the beach road. The house was perfect-spacious with lots of sitting/dining space. Every possible amenity you could need, plenty of beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler! Tom was a great host- very communicative and responsive with lots of helpful suggestions for enjoying the island as it was our first time in Aruba. Highly recommend this vacation home.

Awesome Home In Aruba

My family and I stayed 8 days at this home. It is just as lovely as the pictures show it to be. The home was perfect and so relaxing. We all enjoyed the pool. The home has everything you need to make yourself feel st home. The location is perfect and it is only a 3-5 minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet. We had a wonderful time enjoying this home and will stay again.
