Everything about our visit to Old Wesleydale was truly wonderful!! Our hosts, Scott and Deb, provided a warm welcome and were exceptionally hospitable. Thank you Scott, Deb, and Chops. The cottage is beautifully appointed, warm and comfortable, and the garden is breathtakingly beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend Old Wesleydale to anyone who loves gardens or simply enjoys the peace and quiet of the countryside.
Our family moved from Central NSW to Tassie in 2001
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with Old Wesleydale the moment we drove up the long driveway. Although a little rundown we could see its potential.
What makes this property unique
The Historical significance of this place is immense . The stone walls surrounding the fortified barn is unique. Its location looking out towards the mountains is breathtaking. The climate is kind and has allowed the creation of a true English garden which guests are encouraged to wander throughout. It is set within rural vistas at each turn.Peace and tranquility in abundance.
