Garden Studio with Private Full Bath & Sauna. Self check-in.
Perfect for short or long stay, the studio has its own separate entrance and attached private full bathroom. It has a full size bed, a 40" Samsung Full HD TV set with Roku, a study table/dresser and chair and a nice-sized mirrored closet. There is a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, supplies for tea and coffee in the adjoining shared utility room with access to a washer/dryer and infra-red sauna. A sunsetter-shaded patio with an outdoors table and chairs provides a quiet ambience to enjoy the woods, birds and morning coffee over sunrise.
In case of power disruption, the whole-house back-up power generator will automatically kick in to provide you with uninterrupted power to work and play.
Generous supply of sheets and towels and all other essentials to make your stay carefree and comfortable.
Blazing fast 333 x 33 mbps internet connection with 6 Google Wi-Fi mesh points throughout the home for gaming, streaming and working.
For your safety and comfort, the house is electronically wired with a 24/7 driveway Nest camera and smart carbon monoxide and smoke detection throughout.
The temperature is automatically adjusted by Amazon's Alexa voice-enabled smart thermostat that you can control to suit you.
