Guadalupe Plaza: 1 block surrounded by all kind of bs. bakery, super market, drug store, etc. All services: excelente wifi about 22 mesas ( 3 different services).

Safe neighborhood with wide streets and plenty of lighting, also panoramic views, nice park with garden & stairs for hiking and viewpoints.
Everything is very close: 1 block or so shops, pastry shops, bakeries, cafes, chocolate shops, pharmacies, restaurants.
4 blocks is the main walkway, and 6 blocks from the zocalo.
If you do not want to walk or raining: taxis and public transport 30 ( less than 2 US) pesos to 6 pesos (less than 0.5 US)
Much as they like. If you need information on tours, at the reception organized each day: book at least 1 day in advance. Also Spanish lessons.
