The house was very nice! Just as pictured. Plenty of space for four adults. We really enjoyed the pool, deck area for lounging, and the nicely equipped kitchen.

This property is amazing! It is decorated beautifully and it had absolutely everything we needed. We loved the pool and outdoor area. It was so great for swimming, grilling, and relaxing. The house was so spacious and comfy for our 2 kids and dog. The manager was very responsive and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

This rental is in a perfect central location with quick easy access to the beach, Wellen park, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor lounge area. Fully equipped garage with beach chairs, cooler, tennis rackets, etc.

We had a wonderful stay! Home was beautiful, loved all the beach decor. Kitchen was a great set up. Loved relaxing by the pool. The pool area was so private and peaceful. We felt like we had everything we needed for the beach. Our boys loved the the ping pong table too!Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

If we could give more than 5 stars for cleanliness, accuracy of listing, location & neighborhood and especially for property manager we would!!! This house has everything you need, very well stocked which is out of the ordinary. Quiet neighborhood, the lovely lanai and close to beaches is a plus. We totally enjoyed our stay despite hurricane Helen! Looking forward to the next visit!

We had such a wonderful 2 wks staying that I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Anything you could possibly need they had there. Week one was just my husband and I and wk two my son and girlfriend joined us. Their was plenty of room for all of us. My favorite part of home was the pool and screened in porch, Sat out and played cards every night 😎 can’t wait to go back 🍍🌞

I would buy this house

My second time staying with my wife and dogs. This neighborhood is amazing and the house has everything you could ever need. Zero complaints. I'm always tempted to review lower to keep others away lol. We will be back again in the fall !

Perfect House

Great house with everything you need! We sat outside by the pool every morning and every evening. Super clean and we picked up groceries and enjoyed cooking every night. We've stayed in other houses and this is our new favorite. Book it - you won't regret. The ferry is no longer available for stays under 30 days and we went to the neighborhood office and they were not interested in helping - that being said, it's and easy drive to the beaches and just as great.

Very nice, lots of amenities - 60 deg. Pool

Overall good stay. Clean and well decorated. Close to downtown and restaurants. TV’s were confusing. Nowhere in the ad or property description said the pool was not heated. We’ve rented several properties from Fort Myers Beach to Venice and all the pools were heated or heating was available at an extra cost. We did not find out that we could have paid the additional fee for the pool heat until we were on our way home. This was in April. I guess our next rental with a pool will have to check the taxes too.

Unfortunately, we weren’t made aware of your interest until after your departure.- We’ll be happy to check the Roku system, though we've consistently received positive feedback from other guests about its ease of use. We value all guest feedback and are committed to providing a great experience for every stay.

Great Vacation

This house is wonderful! Thank you for allowing my husband and I and our dogs to stay. The Kitchen was very WELL stocked as was the cleaning supplies, toilet tissue, paper towels. I was impressed. Everything you need to enjoy the beaches are right there for you just pack and go. The beaches were absolutely beautiful. If I had to say anything negative it did need more beach towels as there were only 3 and the beds were not very comfortable. If taking dogs the back yard does not have any grass. The pool was shaded most of the day so you only get a few hours of sun. I would definitely stay again! And make sure you go to Tony's Chicago Beef.
