Welcome to Aimeo Cottage, your holiday accommodation in Russell. We offer exclusively our Aimeo Iti Room to you. Relax and unwind in our spacious Studio Apartment with lovely, sunny patio surrounded by a lush subtropical garden.
You will have your own entry and are separated from our living space upstairs. A Queen-size- and a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, TV, DVD, books and DVDs for rainy days, free WIFI, outdoor furniture and a BBQ will make your stay comfortable.
A short walk through the bush leads you to an almost private swimming beach.
Aimeo Cottage is situated on a secluded peninsula (Okiato) with abundance of native bird life, beach and bush walks from your doorsteps. It is an ideal location for those who like to escape the bustle of summer crowds and yet enjoy the offer of an old world charm village (Russell), 8km away with Restaurants, Cafes, Supermarket, Museum, Pompallier Mission house.
Enjoy living on a peninsula at its best and enjoy your holiday of a lifetime!

My husband offered our Boat" Kleiner Baer II" for charter and I managed a small resort hotel on Moorea. We purchased Aimeo Cottage in 1991 and have enjoyed hosting guests from all over the world since 1992.

The property is close to a beach for swimming, very quiet, beautiful setting with a view to the Bay of Islands. In an only 8 minutes drive you are in the historic Village of Russell. With a very well equipped Supermarket, very interesting Museum, Pompallier House and French Café, the oldest still working church, beautiful Long Beach and splendid Look Out from the Flagstaff.
