Our cleaner spent approximately four hours preparing the property for your arrival, which is why she was still finishing when you arrived. We strive to have the property presented to a high standard for every guest, and we're sorry if it did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Regarding the firewood, dry firewood is always provided in the wood box for guests to use. Additional firewood is stored in the shed, where guests can replenish the wood box as needed during their stay. We appreciate your comments and will also discuss your concerns about the cobwebs and oven with our cleaner to ensure our standards continue to be maintained. Moonwaters

This is exactly why Moonwaters exists. Peace, quiet, that little glimpse of the inlet through the trees that makes you stop mid-sentence and just stare for a minute. I’m especially glad you loved feeding the birds. They’ve basically appointed themselves as part of the welcome committee at this point.
