Perfectly situated on a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes down the bike paths from the shops and restaurants at the Village at Sunriver, 2 Woodland is sure to be a favorite getaway for your family and friends.

This air-conditioned chalet-style home features tons of classic Sunriver "cabin in the woods" character with floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed beams, and a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. The first floor features a ramped entry, a well-stocked kitchen with butcher block counter-tops and an adjacent dining area.

On this level, you will find 2 guest bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second one has a queen bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. Also on this level is an oversized bonus bedroom/media room and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The bonus bedroom boasts a large TV, comfy sofas, a multi-function game table, a wet-bar, a king bed, and twin bunk. The first floor, including the spacious back deck, is wheelchair-accessible (Not Fully ADA Compliant) with a ramped entry and roll-in, tiled shower with grab bar.

Head upstairs to find the 4th bedroom with a king bed with TV and DVD player plus an adjacent hall bath with a large walk-in shower.

This home is thoughtfully equipped with a TV in every bedroom, large gas grill, wood stove, firewood for guests' use, plenty of outdoor patio/lounge seating, private hot tub and 6 adult cruiser-style bicycles for your enjoyment. The garage features a 240v 50amp car charging circuit for electric vehicles.

Because of SROA fiber installation, traditional cable is not available, but guests will have access to a wide variety of streaming services.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

This Sunriver home was the perfect set up for our family. It is beautifully maintained and was very clean. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and starter amenities. The front porch was a nice place to have coffee in the morning. The back deck has everything you need. Plenty of seating for meals or just relaxing. Then end the evening with a soak in the hot tub. Easy walk to the Village and Lodge.This home is a gem!

Best house I've stayed in to date

We took our two little kids with us on a trip to Sunriver this past weekend. House was so clean including sheets, bathrooms etc. Had all appliances we needed for a nice family weekend. Great location close to village. Communication with property management team was great; they were so nice and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again!

Very nice property with a wide array of kitchenware and other support items. Many sleeping area options. Lots of bikes and some float gear. Great location for walking access to Village but far enough off the busier streets. Spa controls were a bit confusing, but we figured it out. Would definitely stay here again.

Exquisite Property

Our stay in Sunriver was outstanding, despite being interrupted by nearby forest fire issues. The property was amazing, as advertised, beyond comfortable and perfectly-accommodated, and exceptionally maintained by Bennington Properties. Golf trip

Had trouble with check in, could not get in early which was dissapointing and was told because they still needed to clean. That did not happen until the next day and we were finally allowed in to the house at 5pm when cleaning never showed up. The back patio looked like it had not been cleaned in months, they came and blew it off and cleaned dirty water out of the cooler the following day.

Ideal for family reunion

We booked Woodland 1 and 2 for a 5-night summer family reunion with19 people ranging from ages 1-70. Nice being located right next door with space enough for yard games in between. Fit well with comfortable sleeping space for all, plenty of community space indoors and out, and ample kitchen supplies (and fridges) to make big meals at home. This house does not have A/C but supplied plenty of fans and the overnight temps cooled it off so it wasn’t an issue. Great selection of bikes and floats included. Sunriver had activities that satisfied all age ranges. Flat biking trails were great for all family members using bikes with no gears. This property location was a super short and easy walk to The Village with good coffee and ice cream. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This home was so well stocked, I was stunned!! It was the perfect setup for us as the bunk room gave our kids their own section to hang out but yet still be close. The location is also amazing. Super close to the village and the food cart pod on Century.I will definitely stay here again. Such a great property!!

Perfect for family reunion

It was beautiful - lots of areas to gather in to eat, play games and music. We are a family of musicians and it was absolutely perfect for us. The property manager seemed to be accessible 24/7 :-)

Family Getaway

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this place. We enjoy the home and it works nicely with our family of 6 plus a baby and 2 dogs. Close to the Village, Golfing, Marina, etc. Plus we enjoy the deer passing through everyday. No real negative other than the need for new pool Q's. The overhead fan in the rec room needs attention and the BBQ cover has a tear in it. Hope to stay there again unless we buy a place in Sunriver.

We had a very enjoyable time at here. Lot's of room - we had people of all ages and everyone enjoyed their time! Hot tub was nice and big, nice huge deck with BBQ. Several bikes to use including one child size bike and a double seater. Short walk or bike ride to shopping center. Very quiet loop and we had great neighbors! We would love to stay here again!

Great house for a group. Nice quiet location, super comfortable, and very well equipped kitchen. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. One suggestion - the deck furniture really needs to be replaced or else get some serious maintenance; but other than that, this is one of the best Sunriver houses we’ve rented.

Absolutely loved this place! Would stay here again and WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to others! The only problem was that the shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom was not hung but there were other showers to use.
