Cooper's Shoot commands stunning views stretching over dams, paddocks, vines and olives groves to the spectacular Brokenback range. Come and delight in the natural beauty and tranquil rural experience this wine country farm and cottage have to offer - far horizons, incredible stars and play space aplenty.
Set in a quiet 24 acre property bounded by Wollombi Brook, a vineyard and farms, Cooper's Shoot is a recently renovated three bedroom cottage, two minutes drive from Broke Village, a few minutes from Broke's best cellar doors, local award winning restaurants and 15 minutes from the commercial hub of Pokolbin.
All rooms have views with the huge covered verandah providing the best vantage point only occasionally obstructed by wandering kangaroos, wombats, foxes, and the local cows.
The cottage is decorated with original art, antique furniture, has a new fully equipped kitchen, great library, dining room and large lounge area with a comfy day bed - all heated by a wood fire or cooled with air-conditioning. Large glass sliding doors open to the covered deck with BBQ and outdoor dining.
Take an early morning stroll past the dam, through paddocks and down to the Wollombi Brook that curves around the bottom of the property. Spend the day touring local boutique cellar doors or further afield through Wollombi, Mount View, Pokolbin and Lovedale. Wander down the country road to local restaurants for dinner or gather your favourite ingredients to cook your own.
Fresh white linen and towels are provided. One queen bed, one double bed and the third bedroom has a double bunk and single bed. Contact us about additional beds that can be arranged. Separate shower, bath and toilet. Laundry facilities.
