This well thought out home has private backyard courtyards with lush green lawns and landscaped garden beds which encase the sparkling outdoor swimming pool that is very refreshing and cool in the summer months.
The spacious covered alfresco area over looks the pool and is set up for a very relaxing outdoor experience with family or friends.
For your safety and convenience the six burner barbecue is plumbed to Natural Gas supply. No propane gas bottle to worry about.
Quality furnishings and décor is displayed throughout the home with full bedding and towels supplied for the two queen beds and four king single bunk beds (bunks comply with Australian Safety Regulations).
A porta cot is also available if required, please notify us when booking.
The house is air-conditioned and ducted for the summer months with a new evaporative cooler and a large refrigerated cooling system is in the family room.
Heating is taken care of with a new gas log fire appliance which is a great feature in the lounge area. A gas heater is also available to use in the family room for extra warmth if required.
The spacious fully equipped ' easy to navigate ' kitchen is open plan to the dining room which can seat 8 people comfortably and is ideal for the family or friends gathering or dinner party.
The double remote lockup garage can accommodate two-three cars and even the boat and trailer!
