No working toilet for 3 days.
No room for hanging clothes. Toilet was not working. Told property manager who promised a plumber. No show. Location was great and Peter was punctual and pleasant. Normally would let the small things slide but the toilet situation was unacceptable.
A place to be
Excellent location. For three a little bit too small. Office for the key was quite far away from the flat. The pool area was nice but too crowded. Television was not working and electric kettle was spilling out hot water.
great location, a bit dingy and small
Peter made check in easy as we met him at his offices to collect the keys near the airport. The “apartment” is actually a hotel room inside the Mantra Hotel. The place was dingy and worn. We complained but no other accommodations were available. We stayed 4 nights and had multiple issues. Lights out, standing water in the shower, no wash cloths, overall dingy. Peter did replace the dirty comforter which we discovered on morning 1. The location is incredible. Right on George Street and Bond. Overall we were disappointed and felt stuck with what we had already paid for...
Location to the CBD is great
Easy walk to the Circular Quay and Opera House . Wide variety of good restaurants and shopping withing 10 to 15 minutes walk. All in all, it was a very good stay for us.
This apartment was in a great location, communicating with the manager easy. The facilities were awesome, pool and spa, cook top, dishwasher, oven excellent. It was a simple layout but perfect fit our family of three. Maybe a, better single bed/sofa bed and an electric fry pan could improve the experience. We were very happy customers.
The location was ideal, walking distance to The Rocks, The Opera House, Botanical Gardens and all the Piers plus more. Great location. The check in was not smooth, but partly my fault. I didn't print the proper email with the info on where to get the keys and property manager number. So we waited at the airport until we heard from Peter in response to my panicked emails (one hour later) then we waited in the lobby for 40 minutes while Peter came to deliver them to us (thank you again Peter). Make sure you print out the separate email he sends you, not the confirmation email. There is no free wifi. They will supply you with a portable wifi unit and you have to pay for it. They do not provide this automatically. Peter had to deliver it to us the day after we got there, once we discovered we had none available to us through the hotel. Once again, Pete's response was timely after he received my message. Note* No tissues supplied and no extra tp stocked. All and all a pleasant stay.
