Four-bedroom, two-bath house with a clean, stocked kitchen is the perfect place for your next vacation! Open floor plan for kitchen, dining area and living room. This is a complete space with a private entrance, air conditioner, dryer/ washer, parking space, TV Cable, internet/WiFi, First AID and Plenty of dresser and closet space too. We have beach towels, beach chairs and cooler for you to borrow!This premium location is closeto the restaurants and Super Walmart, and is about 15 minutes to Tampa Premium Outlet, 14 miles to Raymond James Stadium, 9.5 miles to Bush Gardens and Adventure Island, 21 Miles to Tampa Airport, 13 miles to Tampa Riverwalk, 16 miles to South Howard Avenue (SoHo), 9 miles to Museum Of Science And Industry, 10 Miles to Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, 14 miles to Florida Aquarium, 13 miles to Ybor City and very close to Sunshine Skyway Bridge, Clearwater and St Petersburg Beaches.

The owners were super nice and were very attentive to anything we may have needed. There was only one issue we ran across and they took care of it within hours. The only thing that was just "different" to us was not flushing toilet paper down the toilet due to septic tank. And the smell of the water. But other than that, the property was beautiful, the response time and communication was great. I would recommend this to anyone that is familiar and has a understanding of septic tanks.

Excellent House

It was a small group of friends on a golf trip. The house worked out perfect for us - close to golf courses - close to stores and restaurants. House was just as advertised and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing I would mention is the private road into the neighborhood could use some gravel to smooth it out.

Fresh remodel, very clean & well stocked. First floor bedroom #1 has a double bed, bedroom #2 has a king bed & bathroom #1 is full bath/shower. Second floor has open concept kitchen bedrooms # 3 & 4 both have queen beds & bathroom #2 is full bath/ shower. Very private property on a large parcel.

Lutz review!

Everything was wonderful regarding our recent stay. The only thing that concerned us was, during our stay, there was a "sulfur" smell coming from the tap water. I ran the tap for a few seconds to see if the odor dissipated, but it never did. Other than that minor issue, everything was perfect.

A little surprised

Overall we had a good time at this property. We were a little surprised at the location which was at the end of a unpacked, rutty road and very tricky to find. A couple of suggestions. Safety bars should bed put in both bathrooms. New treads should be put on the stairs. In the fisrt bedroom upstairs there is a wall outlet behind the bed only has 1 outlet and doesn’t have a wall over. It’s a little dangerous. Also, the toilet paper holder in the upstairs bathroom is broken.It’s a very cool house but needs to be represented a little better.
