I own several units at this property since 1991 and have fully enjoyed the time I get to spend here. I purchased a second 1BR unit in 2014! My family and I stay in the units several times a year, which is why it's important to me to keep it updated and clean. We pride ourselves in having one of the cleanest and most functional units around, and our past guest reviews back this up!
I have rented this unit out to dozens of singles, couples, families, and organizations throughout the years, many of which are repeat renters. I look forward to working with you, and sharing my treasured 'home away from home' with you.

Why they chose this property
I chose to buy this home due to its convenience, beauty, and proximity to the Gulf of Mexico. Its located just 25 minutes from the Sarasota airport, and is walking distance of many shoreline restaurants and amenities on Gulf Drive. Its a great addition to Dans Florida Condos.
There is beach access within directly across the street from the unit, not to mention benefits from the beautiful grounds and fellow owners of Runaway Bay.

What makes this property unique
New upgrades completed for 2017!!!! Some of the highlights include King Bed in master; Queen and Twin bed in second room and hardwood floors throughout. Also, new bedding and new couches in the living room (with queen pullout bed). Be the first to take advantage of our continued re-investments!
