Little Charles is not so little on the inside…This heritage listed workers cottage, steeped in history, has had a snappy modern makeover. Clever design has opened it up creating a split-level home with multiple living spaces including a warm, cosy lounge and a funky, sunny outdoor courtyard.

Little Charles accommodates up to 4 people, and the light modern bathroom services both. Just 10 steps away from the uber-cool Smith St, Melbourne’s coolest, most unique boutique café and restaurant precinct. You will be immersed in amazing street life the minute you walk out the door.

Heading into Melbourne couldn’t be easier – only 1km from the CBD and the tram at your doorstep.

Just a hop, skip and a jump from hip Smith St and Gertrude Streets dining and shopping and a 5 minute tram ride into the centre of the city. Everything is at your fingertips.

Take a short walk and enjoy award winning coffee and unforgettable breakfast at Proud Mary or book dinner at acclaimed nearby diners such as Huxtable and Cutler and Co.

A $750.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.

Luxico manages luxury properties and have great marketing. Unfortunately, their marketing is the only thing they do well. Maybe a name change to Basico is required.

Still the best!

So close to everything we need. A great yard for our dog. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen and more. Nice and quiet while being so close to the centre of town is a real boon.

The best!

High quality accommodation in a bustling area of Melbourne. The apartment was perfect for our family and small dog. It was a lovely treat to receive the welcome pack. All appliances were of a high standard. We were close to shops, public transport and a lot's of amazing eateries. All efforts were made to ensure our comfort. Parking was very convenient. The apartment is well insulated against noise and had good security. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. Having an outdoor area that was quiet and private was a wonderful bonus. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be returning.
