Townhouse consisting of , ground level has a queen bedroom with tv / dvd and spa in room with shower toilet ensuite To the back of the townhouse we have laundry facilities bicycle storage with 4 mountain bikes,4 skateboards all used at clients own risk plus helmets that can be used any time during your stay as well as boogie boards for your fun at the beach .We have also now left 2 sets of golf clubs (not great but good for a round )
Front of unit has a lounge room with tv and dvd
Second storey main kitchen and dinning area with balcony ,includes dishwasher tv /dvd. Continue through we have main bathroom /toilet and 2nd queen bedroom
Third floor main family area with tv/dvd with 2 drop down sofa beds also is complete with a games table Follow through to top bedroom which contains 2 single beds
All linen supplied,beds with donnas and throw rugs,also towels supplied
In this package if you are travelling with a baby we have a porta cot,highchair and baby pram for your convenience
Parking space for one vehicle at rear and street parking immediately out front .
This is prime location as is situated 1 min walk to skatepark and beach for your leisure walking tracks along the beach as well as around lake Pertobe .Also at your back door 1 min walk to day mineral spa ,15 min walk to city ,10 min walk to maritime village and an hours drive to the 12 Apostles on the Great ocean rd ,half hour drive to the lovely town of Portfairy
Warnabool has on offer good restaurants infact next door is the Sebel and the Ladybay also out the rear door is the Deep Blue Hot Springs not to be forgotten their newly refurbished arts centre which entertainment is of a high standard,as well as their cinema open 7 days a week

No check-in details were sent, left waiting for almost three hours after a six hour drive. Host “flying back from Gold Coast” so not answering calls. Vrbo in process of finding somewhere else for us to stay when he finally answered phone, texts and email. No apology, just put blame on Stayz. Got in to find stairs very narrow and inhospitable to disabled family member as bedrooms and sitting area on separate level to kitchen. You had to walk through a bedroom with a bath in it to get from the car to the main living area. Privacy, nil.The place was filthy. Cobwebs in every corner. Dust buildup everywhere. Mould in the main shower stall, and plaster flaking off the wall near the shower. Skirting boards dirty. Only one towel each, for a beachside property, so too bad if we wanted to wash our hair. Only one hand towel for the whole house, and no bath mats. Only two rolls of toilet paper for five days for six people. Only one rubbish bag, but an almost full rubbish bin which they asked us to put out.Host denies any issues of cleanliness as he “was there four weeks ago and did the cleaning himself”. But I have pictures.The dishwasher malfunctioned two days into our five day stay. No strainer for washing salad or draining pasta, no dish drainer, or soft cloths for wiping down benches, etc.A great location. Beds comfortable enough. Would not stay again, but it’s on the market anyway.

House was exactly as seen in pics on site , you were supposed to contact us 24 hours before arrival for access info and you did not ! You then demanded compensation and slammed the house because of your attitude . You booked through Stayz and thats who you need to contact about issues .I did not need to apologise when you were the one who had issues that phones cant be answered on planes ! Dish drainer was under sink so you did'nt look very hard and place was clean as photos you sent were some dust on a window ledge and dust that had come under door where bike storage and laundry were , the mould so you say is in between two panels of safety glass in shower and without changing the door cannot be removed and you photographed a dead daddy longlegs and still kept demanding compensation . Enjoy your stay somewhere else .

Properly was close to all attractions in Warrnambool. It was specious enough. Kods loved all the games provided. Owner was just a call away.

We enjoyed the stay plenty of room for us all, maybe a little cleaner a few cobwebs and spiders around. Thought by the pics it had a BBQ but unfortunately it didn’t. Otherwise all good

We loved our stay, only had to take clothes and shoes. Plenty of space for the whole family even during wet weather. Kids love it. if you take a crawling little one maybe take along a pop in gate, we use boogy boards to block the stairs but if you're there a few days a gate would be better.

This property was not very clean, l had to ask to empty the bin ,the railing on the wall is just hanging on.over all condition of the property needs some maintenance.

With all due respect Carl , The property is very clean and is not in need of maintenance ! The property is cleaned by professional cleaners after each stay and the maintenance man attends property also after each stay . The rail was loosened by previous guest and was repaired after your stay as was only noticed after you left. And as for bins there is a notice up in the property that says bins are emptied on a Friday and we request guests placed bins in driveway for collection as you arrived on the Thursday this would have been asked of you and also of the next guest once you left to place your full bins out after your stay . Unfortunately there are rules in place with the property and we can only request they be adhered to but if they are not we can only act and respond to negative feed back even if its unwarranted . We also sent the handyman down to empty the bin the next day after your request at a further cost to us but you seem to have failed to mention that !! Enjoy your future stays at where ever that may be and maybe also look at the problems 2020 has placed us all in and be a little more understanding rather than judgemental .

needs a lot of cleanng and maintence

Wasn't very clean as we found a lot of rubbish including an apple core eaten and rotting away under the couch, rubbish in the bedside tables, no remote for the downstairs spitsystem, broken childproof gate and the highchair for babies is not secure and is dangerous as well as the railings outside balcony is rotting away as well as rats living on the balcony but apart its in a reasonable location

Absolute farce of a review , property is cleaned with every stay and there is nothing left in bedside cupboards as everything is checked , there are no rats living on the deck , high chair is one of the latest models and very secure . Railings are not rotting away !! You were angling for a discount from the start and when you didn’t get it you decided to embellish your review ! Enjoy your stay somewhere else .

Great location

We did enjoy our stay here in Warrnambool. The property is close to the beach and breakwater and a short drive to the shops and restaurants. Three stories of town house means lots of room to spread out.

Ideal location for a beach getaway

A fabulous location and great set up for families with separate areas for adults and teens. Although the building is clearly not new it is clean and functional. Would recommend and stay again.

Great spot

The property is in a great location next the parks and beach. All amenities provided and can comfortably cover family groups. It was clean and well maintained and the owner was a coma dating to our requests. The spa was a great touch. We'll be back.
