Beautifully presented apartment in a great central location.
Spacious and clean, walking distance to pretty much anywhere in Melbourne. Full kitchen and pretty much everything you need including parking. Ideal for business travel. Will stay there again.
Well-equipped, clean, modern condo in a great location! Hope to return some day.
Very convenient location in the CBD. Easy transportation via the SkyBus from Melbourne airport to the terminal across the street from the condo. Owner, Doug, met us outside the station and escorted us to the condo for a very thorough tour of the unit. The condo was great for two people; clean, modern, well equipped and, importantly, a very comfortable bed. Umbrellas and bicycle helmets were even provided! The only amenity not included is in-unit WiFi. Free WiFi was available just outside the building. Location was great for exploring the interesting architecture, public art installations, museums, shops and restaurants of the CBD as well as for getting to Melbourne Park for the Australian Tennis Open, the Docklands, Southbank and several Melbourne Gardens among other attractions. A well-stocked grocery store is also located essentially across the street. We especially enjoyed the condo's balcony high above Melbourne. If we are fortunate enough to visit Melbourne again, we will most certainly check the availability of Doug's condo.

This was the second time we have stayed at this apartment. Once again it could not be faulted. From the warm welcome by Doug to the immaculate apartment with fabulous views and excellent location opposite Spencer Street station. We have had many visits to Melbourne over the years and this is the best apartment we have stayed in. Very reasonably priced too.

We came to Melbourne for the tennis and stayed here for a week in January. The accommodation is fabulous, very clean and comfortable with all the conveniences you need. We found it central to trams but we mostly walked whenever we were out in the CBD. It's location to the Skybus terminal means easy transport to and from the airport. Communication with Doug was fantastic so meet and greet was very easy and on time. This is our second stay at the apartment and we will definitely be back.

Melbourne has everything to offer. The MOST LIVEABLE CITY IN THE WORLD. Easy to walk to everything or FREE trams in Melbourne CBD. Get Skybus from Airport with City Terminal just over the road from apartment. Southern Cross Railway station over the road so easy to travel to Suburbs or Interstate.
Also 5-10 walk to Melbourne CONVENTION Centre and also to Casino, Docklands Waterfront.
SHOPPING over the road and CBD / Spencer Street Outlet / Harbourside / Southbank.
Apartment is on 38th Floor with 6th Floor Rooftop Gardens and BBQ / Gym / Sauna / Internal Lap Pool.
Quality apartment on high level. Large TV with Cable TV included. New furniture. COMFORTABLE Q Sized Bed.
