Great condo! Very quite complex. Internet was spotty but I think it was the rain and no fault of the owner. Just glad my husband had a hot spot because he had to work. Stayed here while my son was at IMG for camp and would stay here again! Great location, clean, well stocked.

Lovely apartment close to everything

We had an excellent stay in this beautifully updated apartment. Only thing really missing from the apartment were beach towels for use by guests. We spent most of our days on nearby Anna Maria island but being so close to all the restaurants and stores was a big plus. We enjoyed bbqs by the pool most evenings and the entire property never felt too crowded, even when the holiday weekend arrived. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This condo is beautiful, modern, clean and has everything you need. Ervin was a great host. Short drive to the beach (15 mins), amentias on the property are awesome and it's within walking distance of Publix, Aldi and restaurants. Highly recommend it!

The condo is gorgeous and even better then in the pictures. Ervin was a great host and very responsive. This was our first time in Bradenton and we really enjoyed the pools, restaurants and the beaches. We're hoping to be back in the winter.

Relaxing stay during IMG week

My daughter and I stayed here for the week while my son was at IMG Summer camp. Bradenton is a delightful area. We enjoyed the beach five minutes away as well as the variety of restaurants and on-site pools. The condo was impeccable; the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Strong WiFi and great cable options. Good communication with manager, user friendly transaction from booking to check out. Will stay again!

Great place

It was very nice ! Everything looks brand new ! I was especially happy that there was some laundry detergent available so I didn’t have to buy for only one load! Close enough to stores and beach yet far enough to stay out of the busiest areas . We loved drinking coffee on the porch and watching the momma Duck and her babies in the pond ! Erwin was great communicator and nice!

Very nice condo

We loved the layout, cleanliness, and layout of the condo. Beds were comfortable and access to pool was great. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. Our only real concern was lack of towels. There was only one towel each,no beach towels,and 2 hand towels for 6 days. We would have done laundry but the dryer was definitely not working. It made everything hot but never dried it. Other than that, we were very satisfied.

Great place to stay with some small improvements

The communication was stellar with Ervin. A beautiful condo that we very much enjoyed. Below are some areas that could use improvement for next time. - Floors were dirty - feet were filthy every time we walked on them with shoes. - Can opener did not work - Washing machine smelled like mildew - Large tree branch right in front of rear screened in porch that blocks view - Table and chairs on the front porch are not clean enough to sit on. - Not your fault, but the pond/lagoon was overgrown with algae - not visually appealing. Thanks again for the awesome place to stay!

Shorewalk Condo

The condo unit looked as promised and was clean and well- equipped. The beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler were a huge asset when going to the beach- I cannot stress this enough. The King bed linens were thin, too small for the mattress, and the down comforter in the master was very heavy for a warm climate. Perhaps a thinner king blanket would help create a better nights sleep. However, I would recommend this condo- great location and good space for a family- we spent a lot of time on the screened porch!The Shorewalk property evidently does not participate in a recycling program- which is hard to believe in 2025. This is environmentally backwards- and something that really bothered our family..

Amazing Stay and Condo. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I were in search of looking for a getaway in the Bradenton area. We have never been there before and we heard about all of the amazing beaches that the area had to offer. We found Ervin's condo in our search and we are so happy that we did. The condo was absolutely perfect. It is very modern and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. It also has multiple flat screen smart TVs. Check-in was a breeze. We were so impressed with our stay that we will be returning again next year. Ervin was a great host and super responsive. He even checked in to see how our stay was going. We have had the privilege of traveling the world and staying in some amazing vacation homes but this one is near the top. I would highly recommend this condo and Ervin as a host. Thank you for allowing us to rent from you.

We had an awesome stay! The condo was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The washer and dryer came in really handy during our stay.The Shorewalk complex is beautiful and in a great spot. The local grocery stores (Aldi and Publix) and restaurants (Applebees and Outback Steakhouse) are within walking distance. We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It was incredibly clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The washer and dryer were a huge plus. The host was fantastic, very responsive and helpful throughout our visit, even going the extra mile to recommend some amazing local restaurants (which we loved!). You can tell a lot of care has gone into making this space comfortable and welcoming. We're already planning to return in a few months, and we’ll absolutely stay here again if it’s available. Wir kommen schon seit 30 Jahren in das Shorewalk, jedoch haben wir so etwas noch nie erlebt:Wir waren pünktlich um 04:00 PM zum Check In in der Wohnung. Als wir diese betraten mussten wir feststellen das diese nicht gereinigt wurde. Eine Übernachtung war hier nicht möglich. Die ganze Wohnung war noch vom Vormieter verschmutzt. Wir probierten den Vermieter zu kontaktieren, leider konnten wir Ihn nur auf die Mailbox sprechen. Nach ca. 30 Minuten meldete sich der Vermieter bei uns, und teilte uns mit das die Reinigungsfirma heute so viel Arbeit hätte und es deswegen zu Verzögerungen kommt. Wir hatten gerade eine lange Anreise hinter uns und wollten uns eigentlich nur noch ausruhen. Ich besprach mit dem Vermieter, das wir erst einmal total übermüdet einkaufen gehen und die Wohnung danach sauber sein soll. Nach ca. 1,5 Stunden waren wir zurück in der Wohnung. Die Reinigungsfirma war da, jedoch war die Wohnung sehr schlecht gereinigt. Wir mussten selber noch 1 Stunde sauber machen.Aus Kulanz erstattete der Vermieter uns die Kosten für die erste Nacht. Hier stellt sich jedoch die Frage, ob es nicht Besser wäre einen Tag Luft zwischen den Vermietungen zu lassen damit so etwas nicht passieren kann.Es gab nur 4 Duschtücher für 4 Personen, der Trockner funktioniert nicht richtig, die Regendusche hatte keinen druck und der Ventilator im Elternschlafzimmer hatte ein Eigenleben. Das war unsere bisher schlechteste Wohnung im Shorewalk

Super fun stay! Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Ervin's condo. The condo is beautiful and modern. The complex has 2 pools, pickleball courts and is about a 15 mins drive to the local beaches. It's also within walking distance to the grocery stores and restaurants. We plan on coming back in the winter and we will definitely stay with Ervin again.
