With 3 bedrooms and sleeping 9 comfortably, this property will cater for two families or a couple looking for that romantic getaway.
Featuring two living areas, the upstairs sunroom houses a large dining table (seats 10) and opens onto an outdoor patio bbq area. Downstairs is a 50" Plasma TV, PlayStation 3/DVD, surround sound system and pool table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. Other features include laundry facilities, heating, air conditioning and ceilings fans throughout. There is a double carport with roller door as well as ample boat parking outside.

A great stay for the weekend
Five of us stayed here for World superbikes weekend and were impressed with the place. Very comfy beds, great pool table and all the mod cons you could wish for. The only time we needed to contact the owner for something he responded immediately.
Highly recommended especially for families i would think.

A wonderful family holiday
We had a wonderful Christmas at the property with our family. The house had everything we needed right down to an electric hand mixer that we had forgotten to bring with us.

Brilliant house in great location
Had a fantastic stay over Australia Day weekend. Couldn't have asked for more from the house. Its clean, spacious and well equipped. Property owner was a pleasure to deal with also, answered any questions I had prior to the stay very promptly and gave us an early check in which was very helpful.
Would definitely stay again. Brilliant value for money.

Beautiful property and great location
The location is fantastic, a few minutes from the main strip, beach and supermarket. Couldn't ask for anything better really.
The house is lovely and is the perfect fit out for a beach house, particularly with the unpredictable Melbourne weather.

Excellent Property, Highly Recommend!
We have stayed at Cowe Pad twice in the past 3 months and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay at Phillip Island.
Location is perfect, only a short stroll to the Cowes centre and beach front. Great base location should you want to visit any of the island attractions.
Accommodation is clean, spacious, boasts separate living areas both upstairs and downstairs and has a pool table to keep everyone entertained.

Excellent property!!! Perfect location.
We had a great stay. The large Pool table and Foxtel kept us entertained when we just wanted to stay inside and relax. The place is very clean and had plenty of space. Great size block and even tasted some of the herbs out in the back garden. It has everything you would expect and more. A nice short stroll to the main street of Cowes is perfect. You would not want any closer due to noise and passing foot traffic. Perfect all round!!! Thanks!!!!!

Great place to stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cowe Pad and would recommend to others. The house is very homely and has some nice decorative touches around the cow theme. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the bottle of champagne and chocolates on arrival was a nice touch. I'd definitely stay here again.

Beautifully Presented
This place is spacious, very clean and well maintained. We loved our welcoming gift and toiletries on the pillows. So close to the beach/shops. Walked in each day to get a morning coffee. Shower converts into a bath for the kids.Very quiet street. Owners should be commended on maintaining property so well. Looks better than the photos!
