This house has it all! 3 bedroom 2 bath home with wrap around deck and finished playroom/gameroom downstairs. Unbelievable view and privacy yet close to all the amenities Fairfield Bay(FFB) has to offer! Short walk from the house to the famous 'cliffs' at Greers Ferry lake. 2 championship golf courses, nice tennis facility, 3 community pools (including the cool pool with cafe and view of greers ferry lake). 90 miles of ATV/UTV trails are so much fun as well as hiking/walking trails nearby. There are several playgrounds for the kids, basketball court, a disc golf course, and putt-putt course! Something for everyone!
Home features 2 king bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom. 2 bathrooms with tub/shower combo. Finished basement with wii for your enjoyment as well as washer and dryer for your convenience. You decide: hang in the hammock all day, spend the day on the lake or enjoy all the amenities Fairfield Bay has the offer- the choice is yours!

Walking Distance to Lake!

Pros: Carport parking, easy entry, wheelchair or handicapped accessible from front door ramp onto deck. Room to spread out inside and out. Wrap around deck has comfortable seating and multiple seating options. Comfortable beds, enough pillows and extra bedding. Laundry room was convenient and well stocked. Kitchen was well stocked and had cooking utensils which were greatly appreciated. The basement was a great play space for visiting children. The proximity to the famous cliffs at Fairfield Bay was fantastic. We loved our walks to the lake and the kids loved jumping off the cliffs. Overall we loved our time spent at the house and would rent again. Cons: This is an older home that needs bathroom plumbing attention. The master tub/shower has a handle that is very difficult to operate which has been mentioned in other reviews. Additionally, the master shower/tub was not draining. Mold/mildew smell has also been mentioned in other reviews. My family wasn’t bothered by it. I am very sensitive to mold and mildew and I was the only one who really noticed.

Thoughtful and Fun

Details and the little things can make a stay so pleasurable. This place is so well thought-out, obviously re-evaluated/tweaked after each visitor, and thorough. You can tell because of the clear directions, various coffee pods, child plates/plastic ware, toys, towels, toiletries, ice, televisions, outdoor spaces, you name it. It was a super hot weekend out on the lake, and we loved coming back “home” to such a refreshing and lovely place. We had never been to that area, so some pamphlets and information would have helped us regarding boat docks, lack of marina restaurants that are accessible by boat, the need for shirts to cover swimsuits in some establishments, etc. There was lots of info about the area but not the lake where we were boating per se.

Local couple that enjoy getting away for family time. This house is a fun family project for us as we make it a home away from home. We have additional family that vacation in the area. After enjoying all that Fairfield Bay has to offer while visiting our family, we knew we wanted to invest in this area compared to any other community on the lake. The amenities are unsurpassed in Fairfield Bay. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

You can not beat the location of this home. It was the reason we purchased the property. Half mile walk to lake on either side of the property not to mention a short walk to the famous 'cliffs' of Fairfield Bay. There is a wrap around porch that does not compare to many places in the area not to mention an interior staircase that leads to a bonus room downstairs. So many unique things that drew us to this property!

What makes this property unique

Wrap around deck. Covered deck area with cafe lights. Privacy yet close to all the amenities FFB has to offer. Amazing views and wildlife right outside your door. The sunset is picturesque. From the inside, the windows and sliding doors wrap around the home. We have completely updated this home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we have!
