Bellawood Resort #3 Cabin with Boat Slip

Rent this cabin and keep your boat steps away. Located on the prime lake of Greer's Ferry. The cabin is the top unit of a two unit building, with lake views from the two story windows and a large covered deck, with seating and a gas grill. You are sure to have a relaxing stay. If you don't feel like taking your boat out, the dock makes a great swim area with a ladder for easy access in and out of the lake.
This spacious cabin has two bedrooms downstairs and a large loft bedroom upstairs. Bedroom one has a king bed with private bathroom, including a tub/shower unit. Bedroom two has another king bed and adjoins the hall bath including a tub/shower unit. The upstairs loft also has a king size bed. The laundry is off the hall on the main floor and includes a full size washer and dryer. The two story living room boasts a rock fireplace and cedar beams, giving you that relaxing, at home feeling. This cabin was designed to be a home away from home.

Best Stay for Boating

We love this place for boating the most. Our family has been staying here for 4 years. We have not seen a better place for boating with a deck in Higden area.

Great experience. We enjoy hanging out on the deck. It was a great location. Boat dock was great. The neighborhood was great and the local were helpful and friendly.

Beautiful lake house with a boat slip

Great location, beautiful amenities, comfortable accommodations. A few minutes to Lacey’s marina, a few minutes to a boat launch, close to a good Mexican restaurant—best location for wake surfers (or just those who like lake lifestyle). The house has everything you need. We’ll be back next summer.

We loved this condo, having 3 king sized beds is the way to go! Everything was clean, the house was stocked with adequate towels, dishes, etc. The boat slip made it so easy to get on the water and off whenever we wanted! We definitely will book this place again!

Excellent Family Vacation

We had the best time ever! This house had everything we needed. Such a beautiful view, such easy access to the boat slip. Washer and dryer was really nice, we could wash and dry our beach towels everyday. Close to stores and restaurants but we were able to cook several meals...kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We will be back!

The definition of R&R

Let me just say this was the greatest place ever. The peace and quiet was my fav part. The condo is phenomenal and the neighbors are even better. There was a hound dog named Hank that I adored as well. The home was so clean, the beds were SO comfy I didn't want to get out of them. The view was just as beautiful as the condo. I will DEFINITELY book again and again and again....I'm a simple life kind of gal and it was just that. Thank you and God bless!!
