Peace & Plenty consists of two self-contained guest wings, each with its own fully renovated bathroom and each with panoramic views over Great Oyster Bay. The central living/dining/kitchen area comes with bespoke Tasmanian furniture and quality furnishings, a state-of-the-art kitchen and offers sensational views over the Bay and Freycinet Peninsula.

ACCESSIBILITY NOTE
The house is elevated off the ground. There are 3 shallow steps up to the
arrival deck and a further 8 steps up to the front door deck (as shown in the
second photo).

PRICING NOTE
The base price is for two guests in one bedroom. An extra charge applies for additional guests at $50 per head per night. The house accommodates five guests maximum.

For a two guest booking, an extra $50(per stay) for cleaning/linen services applies if the second bedroom is needed. Please state clearly your requirements.

NOTE: this is a swim/spa pool. It's NOT a hot spa. A swim/spa cannot be as hot as a hot spa due to safety issues and hygiene.

A holding deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking and full payment is due 14 days before arrival.
