Also, it is newly renovated with new appliances and is 2 miles from I-20 via exit 34 and 3 miles exit 36. The home is near many shopping and food places including: Arbor Place Mall, Walmart, Kroger and Public grocery stores, Red Lobster, Chick-fil-A, Burger King. Don't miss out. NO PARTIES WITH LOUD NOISE!!!!!!

The notable shopping and dining areas are too many to list. But note this: the home has a shaded, large private deck and you will not be disappointed. Quiet older community, NO PARTIES and LOUD NOISE!!!!

**There is the possibility that guests may experience seasonal bugs due to the property's location "wooded area" coupled with the extreme summer's heat. The property is treated by Terminix frequently (last inspection and treatment 6/16/2022) and treatment after every cleaning. We will continue to battle this temporary seasonal challenge. There is a container of Zevo (human and pet safe insecticide) for guest's use***
