Ardem at Byron is your home away from home. Quiet and peaceful this three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse will have you feeling relaxed and in holiday mode in no time at all. Unwind in your private courtyard, take a short walk to some of the best beaches in Byron or be adventurous and walk or run the stairs to the Lighthouse, the most easterly point in Australia.

This two-story townhouse is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac street, in a small relaxed complex. It overlooks a nature reserve which provides privacy and escape from the hustle and bustle of the beach and town. Guests will enjoy the open plan living, large kitchen, retreat room, laundry and powder room on the ground floor and three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. There is a daybed available for the7th guest, linen hire fees apply.

Getting to the beach is super easy from Ardem, just exit through your private courtyard and within 5 minutes you will arrive at the beautiful Clarkes Beach. When you return washing off the sand is easy with your own private outdoor shower.

This property is perfect for families, small groups or couples. Previous guests have loved how versatile the layout is and that there's room for everyone.

Convenient and close

Great townhouse walking distance to beach and town. Perfect for 2 families. Facilities were great just like being at your own home. There is no air-con so very hot if there in the middle of summer.

Great location

The property was comfortable. Upstairs bedrooms were good. Living area/sofa perhaps a bit smaller than expected and a bit tired. Having said that it was clean and comfortable and we didn’t spend a lot of time at home. Thanks

Perfect Stay

We had a beautiful, relaxing stay looking out to tropical gardens so close to the beach. The place had everything we needed and was perfect for our family. The managers were incredibly accommodating and helpful.
