There are 3 bedrooms in the main house one with an ensuite, a family bathroom, lounge area with air conditioner and fully equipped kitchen.
The parents retreat is a seperate building with its own bathroom, TV & air conditioner.
There is off street parking for 2 cars in Paterson Lane and a fenced garden area with BBQ and outdoor setting.
All of this an easy walk into town or the beach.
This property is self-contained with bed, bathroom and kitchen linen supplied. It is not serviced. If you would like a service clean (this will be at an additional cost to you) please don’t hesitate to contact our office .
You will need to supply your own toiletry items (we only provide a few basics).

This property provides excellent discounts for bookings of three weeks or longer. Please note that much of the winter period is blocked out due to new holiday letting restrictions. However, if you are interested in a longer stay, feel free to reach out to check availability.
