Beautiful dolphin artwork appears throughout, furnishings are charming with a garden patio that is perfect for your 31+ day rental! This lower-level condo is easily accessible, and is centrally located in the heart of Orange County. Are you ready to explore famous Orange County? Only 15 minutes to Newport beach; Balboa Island; John Wayne International Airport, and Disneyland - the Happiest Place on Earth. We have three of the largest malls anywhere: Fashion Island in Newport Beach; South Coast Plaza and the Irvine Spectrum. Los Angeles and San Diego are a one-hour commute away.

Inside the Home:
The inviting master bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and bright en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. You'll love the tropical 2nd bedroom, which has a comfortable full-sized bed and desk area for checking email. The guest bathroom includes nice countertops, and spacious shower/tub combo.

Step right out onto the lush patio from the living room, or lounge on the large wraparound leather couch to enjoy the entertainment wall with large flat screen TV. On a chilly night, snuggle around the fireplace.

Ready for dinner? The kitchen includes ample subway tile countertops, modern appliances and all the essentials for cooking. You'll love this charming space with its recessed sky lighting and large Mediterranean wallpaper on the door that gives you direct access to the garage.

A central location makes it easy to get anywhere: drive 5 minutes to downtown Irvine, 10 minutes to John Wayne Airport and 15 minutes to Newport Beach. See a sporting event at UC Irvine, or hit the green at Strawberry Farms Golf Club, both a 10 minute commute from our vacation rental.

This unit is very cute with lots of decor. Since I was staying for the whole summer, I moved a lot of decor to the second bedroom so I would have space in the kitchen and bathrooms. This condo is used by the owners and the kitchen cupboards and refrigerator had their food. I needed to spend some time to clear space for my own items. Beds are great. Loved having an attached 2 car garage. Very nice appliances and washer/dryer. Owner were easy to reach when I needed to reboot the wifi.

Great location

Corner, first floor condo in two story building in a great location! Close to parks a and restaurants, about 20 minutes to the beach, and 8 minutes to freeways. Ample space and well-equipped with a small outdoor space and garage worth extra parking available. Tamara and Greg are super hosts and welcoming! Furniture is large for the space and bedding to “heavy” for the climate. It would be nice to have one walk in shower. All in all, I highly recommend this property!

The Happy Place

This cozy apartment is equipped beautifully and lacks nothing. The Westpark neighborhood is serene and lovely. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

We are truly blessed to be living and working with our dad, as the three of us take care of each other. The only way we could afford our Dolphin Oasis is by renting it out to amazing travelers. We are grateful to visit and clean between guests so that we can keep our home, take care of dad, and share it with wonderful folks like you. Thank you for considering our home for your stay...

This amazing property is serene and peaceful... It is the perfect get-a-way for recharging your batteries and experiencing all the comforts and adventures Orange County has to offer... It's great for singles, couples and families to enjoy. It's also ideal for corporate re-locations, snowbird travels, summer vacations, holidays and home renovations that require a move. Our quiet and safe neighborhood makes a great backdrop for enjoying the sunshine at the pool/hot tub area; bike paths and walking paths.

What makes this property unique

We are so close to the greatest and largest shopping malls in the world! Our famous Fashion Island is located in Newport Beach, CA.; South Coast Plaza is in Costa Mesa and the Irvine Spectrum. Our theaters are incredible and the weather is usually perfect... We love to ride our bike to "The District" and enjoy a movie and shop at Whole Foods for our groceries. There is a park across the street we also love to take our little dog for walks.
