Highly recommended, very comfortable house with amazing pool, lovely hosts, most peaceful location, ideal for exploring iconic ancient cites in north western Peloponnese. Everything perfect.
A wonderful place to completely unwind. Beautiful house with all amenities, multiple perfect seats so you can always find a lovely spot to dine or just read a book. The pool is of course "the icing on the cake"! A refreshing dip with a beautiful view over the valley.
If your planning to visit the Péloponnèse you can’t go wrong with this house! Up in the mountain at the end of endless small winding road you will find that little paradise. The house is just amazing, it has everything you need and a lot more! The pool, the rooms, the huge dining place and the master bedroom on the second floor are jaw dropping. You won’t believe the view you have from the balcony of the master bedroom, I’m having goosebump just thinking about it! When you get there you will be greeted by Violeta and Maximus who takes cares of the house and the guest, some of the kindest people we met in Greece. And for all the booking and communication Anita is super helpful. Just make sure you have some grocery’s with you before getting there because the closest store is outside the village. A+++ truly recommend !
SCAM ALERT: I'd avoid booking. So many issues with this property. We initially booked 4 nights, then asked the owner to change to 3 which they did saying that they couldn't change the overall price, but would give cash back on arrival. When we arrived, they said they 'didn't agree to this' and refused. It took us months to get the money back - and not from the owner but from VRBO after we started leaving negative reviews on social. In retrospect, the owner would have realised that they wouldn't have ever been able to refund us the price difference after commission / etc - so from our view, a clear scam. If you ever book anything through VRBO and need to change dates, ensure the price gets changed or cancel. Other issues:1. It's not air conditioned like them claim through-out! Several of the bedrooms only have fans... So do not book in the sweltering heat of the summer unless you're happy to sleep in a boiling room.2. Bare wires hanging out of electrical appliances! As you can see in the picture... not only could we not use a dish-washer but there were wires sticking out and it was basically broken.3. Pool infested by wasps / hornets.Do not come if you have any reactions to stings. Whilst the pool overlooked the valley and had a great view, the kids were too scared to go in due to all the flying, stinging insects. Setting up deterrents and or alternative water sources would go a long way.Overall, terrible.
