A perfect coastal escape at Snelling Beach

Snellings Beach House is literally about three minutes walk to the beach. It has fabulous sea views and is stylishly furnished and comfortably appointed including with Miele kitchen appliances. The house accommodates eight people (plus one baby), with four bedrooms over two levels. Spacious living and dining areas. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, a further bedroom with one double and a family room with a double, a single, a full size cot and a blackout blind. Outdoor living areas downstairs and upstairs provide further opportunities to enjoy the views. Facilities include highspeed internet, laundry with washing machine, flatscreen TV with DVD, library, weber barbecue, combustion fireplace, reverse cycle heating and air-conditioning.
This is one of only a handful of rental properties within easy walking distance to Snellings Beach. Wildlife, including kangaroos and wallabies, is abundant.

A piece of paradise!

Absolutely loved staying at Snelling Beach House. Perfect location for relaxing, a short walk to the beautiful blue waters and white sand of Snelling Beach and overlooking the Gastronomo Fig Tree. Already planning a trip back so I can chill out again for a week.

Make sure you spend as long as possible

ight from my first contact with Rae I knew this was going to be a great stay. The house has wow factor and is decorated with quality furniture. There is four bedrooms and is perfect for a family or (as in our case) friends. The position walking distance from the beach is great. I loved just sitting on the deck, watching the waves. I just wish we'd had wore time to read all those fabulous books.

Large open plan house with clear views overlooking the beautiful Snellings Beach. The perfect spot to relax or explore the surroundings, we Spotted a pod of dolphins from the sofa followed by a sea eagle catching a fish on our first night . Only a short 2 minute walk down to the beach & even managed to take our AWD down and launch our kayaked directly into the beach and mouth of middle river.

We loved the pretty, private beach and the surrounding hills. Everywhere seemed to be bursting with Spring: blossoms, bursting fig tree leaves, busy wrens and petrels. We felt we could roam and relax.

Spectacular at Snellings .. Sea, sun and serenity

Whilst a distance from shops and other ammenities you cannot substitute the feeling of tranquility you get as you sit by the Snelling Beach House windows and look out to the sparkling blue water at Snelling Beach. The fresh air, rolling hills seen from the kitchen, wildlife and enchanted fig tree allowed my family time out and provided us with many wonderful experiences and memories. Well worth it!!

BEAUTIFUL

What a holiday house! Absolutely gorgeous views and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Even had a washer and dryer for our wet clothes after kayaking. So peaceful and distant from any busyness. Came to a pretty clean house with just some dusty dishes/utensils but could easily rinse. The house is not very close to any shops so make sure you bring an esky along and buy groceries in Kingscote! Reasonable driving distance (45min to 1hr) from the best spots e.g. Flinders Chase, Kingscote, Seal Bay, Vivonne Bay etc. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and would be keen to come back!

Snelling Beach is a stunning arc of white sand ringed by hills. It is the perfect setting for swimming and snorkeling. We share our property with kangaroos, wallabies and the occasional echidnas, goannas and koalas. Snellings Beach House is the perfect base for exploring North Coast attractions such as Stokes Bay and Western River and is a comfortable drive to the South Coast where you can visit sites such as Remarkable Rocks and Seal Bay.
