Wildlife and views

Great quiet location over looking Snelling Beach surrounded by the local wildlife. Great for exploring with the kids and a mid island launch point for day trips to the rest of the Island.

What a great house, and location,

The five of us throughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped, and very comfortable. All our requirements for easily met, We cooked at home, most nights, and then explored this fabulous island during the day.

Fabulous Stay

Snellings Beach House had everything we could have possibly needed. The house was beautifully furnished and very spacious. Perfectly located directly across the road from the beach with breathtaking views from the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

A piece of paradise!

Absolutely loved staying at Snelling Beach House. Perfect location for relaxing, a short walk to the beautiful blue waters and white sand of Snelling Beach and overlooking the Gastronomo Fig Tree. Already planning a trip back so I can chill out again for a week.

Make sure you spend as long as possible

ight from my first contact with Rae I knew this was going to be a great stay. The house has wow factor and is decorated with quality furniture. There is four bedrooms and is perfect for a family or (as in our case) friends. The position walking distance from the beach is great. I loved just sitting on the deck, watching the waves. I just wish we'd had wore time to read all those fabulous books.

Snellings Beach House

Large open plan house with clear views overlooking the beautiful Snellings Beach. The perfect spot to relax or explore the surroundings, we Spotted a pod of dolphins from the sofa followed by a sea eagle catching a fish on our first night . Only a short 2 minute walk down to the beach & even managed to take our AWD down and launch our kayaked directly into the beach and mouth of middle river.

A touch of paradise

We loved the pretty, private beach and the surrounding hills. Everywhere seemed to be bursting with Spring: blossoms, bursting fig tree leaves, busy wrens and petrels. We felt we could roam and relax.

Incredible location and a wonderful beach house, our first time in this house it was everything that was promised. Thoughtfully and thouroughly equiped and stocked with everything you need except for the food and us! If there were more stars I'd give them (except I want to keep it a secret for us!)

Spectacular at Snellings .. Sea, sun and serenity

Whilst a distance from shops and other ammenities you cannot substitute the feeling of tranquility you get as you sit by the Snelling Beach House windows and look out to the sparkling blue water at Snelling Beach. The fresh air, rolling hills seen from the kitchen, wildlife and enchanted fig tree allowed my family time out and provided us with many wonderful experiences and memories. Well worth it!!
