We offer a motel like experience with 2 rooms situated in a building that is an Architect Business downstairs. The rooms are reserved separately. Conveniently located 1 block from Hwy 89a which is the main road going through Sedona's Uptown locations, including shops, restaurants, sightseeing and museums. Ideal for guests who like to just walk or do not travel with a car, but we do have our own parking lot for those that bring one.
The property is one of only two private hotel-style rooms over an award winning building acclaimed for its architectural style. After a day of sightseeing, step out on the private terrace to relax and take in the breathtaking views that Sedona is world famous for.

Our 2 Rooms are situated 1 block from Hwy 89a in Uptown (which is downtown) Sedona. 1 block (walking distance) from restaurants, shops, and tours. We have been open for 16 years and are established in the town. We are also on a quiet street so you can have privacy and rest. This room is called the Serenity Room #3 and has a King bed as well as kitchenette, with most amenities you will need as well as bathroom, TV, and shared patio to enjoy the WOW Views of the Red Rocks.
