The Rooms Upstairs Serenity Room #3 is one of 2 unique and charming accommodations one block walking distance off Hwy 89a in Uptown Sedona, Arizona, for nightly or weekly stays. We offer a motel like experience with 2 rooms situated in a building that is an Architect Business downstairs. The rooms are reserved separately. Conveniently located 1 block from Hwy 89a which is the main road going through Sedona's Uptown locations, including shops, restaurants, sightseeing and museums. Ideal for guests who like to just walk or do not travel with a car, but we do have our own parking lot for those that bring one.

The property is one of only two private hotel-style rooms over an award winning building acclaimed for its architectural style. After a day of sightseeing, step out on the private terrace to relax and take in the breathtaking views that Sedona is world famous for.

Step out the door and walk to fantastic hiking such as the famous Brins Mesa, Jordan Park or Cibola Trails. Check out the local eateries just steps from your door, or prepare your meals in the room with a view and never have to leave it.

This is a great location! Close to restaurants, gift shops and of course the Jordan Trailhead for an enjoyable hike. The place was clean and well managed. Relaxing on the upper patio after a hike with a great view was it pert. I would definitely return back.

My best friend and I stayed here, and it was not only a perfect location in walking distance to shops and restaurants, it had beautiful views of the red rock mountains. The patio was also amazing, although it was a bit too chilly to sit out there. All of the amenities were there that we needed, and we appreciated the coffee pods included with our stay. The bed was also very comfortable. Thanks to Rebecca, our host, who was very welcoming and kind. I'd definitely stay here again!

What a gem right in the heart of Sedona! This is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and coffee. Would loved the outdoor space, that was a real plus. I would recommend this spot which is perfect for a couple.

Loved the outdoor upstairs patio and the great walk to town (1 block) location. It comes with a free parking space which in Sedona on a weekend is worth it's weight in gold.Accomations were comfortable and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay.

The host was welcoming and check in smooth. The accommodations were nice...clean and quaint and the views were beautiful. We were pleased with the warm water that was available when showering. Our only complaint would be that the bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was hard and lumpy. Almost as if the bedframe was not supporting it evenly. Other than that great location convenient to restaurants, shopping and hiking trails.
