Excellent property to stay in, close to the railway station and central Shinkoiwa with its shops and restaurants.Lots of room and supplied with everything you could need although full size bath towels would have been better other than the small ones supplied it didn't bother us enough to chase.Excellent prompt communication from the owner, can definately recommend this accomodation

The location is fantastic! The train station is within walking distance and there are tons of shops and restaurants right around the station. The house is great. It is exactly as described and was plenty large enough for our family of 6. 1st Floor: 1 bedroom & 1 toilet (separate room)2nd Floor: Living area, kitchen, dining area, 1 toilet (separate room), washer, dryer, shower & bathtub. 3rd Floor: 3 bedrooms (one with a balcony)4th Floor: Rooftop balconyThe host speaks English very well and is incredibly responsive. We hope to return to Japan and will stay here again.

Very clean. Very good access to JR station and shopping areas. The owner is very helpful and responsive. Love to stay next time we are in Tokyo and recommend our friends too.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Everything was extremely clean, and the host was quick to reply whenever we had questions. The stairs between floors are definitely steep, but they have good grip and were manageable for all of us. The QR code with house rules was surprisingly helpful and made settling in very easy.The walk to the train station was pleasant, though it may feel long for anyone with mobility issues. Once there, the rapid train into Tokyo was fast and made getting downtown simple. The shower pressure was amazing, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver for us since we’re not used to the high humidity. The kitchen was also convenient and made quick meals easy.Overall, a great stay and a comfortable home base for exploring Tokyo.
