Modern spacious seaside Villa opposite patrolled surf beach and park, wifi included. 3 Doors down from the RSL Club.The Villa has been fully renovated, quality beds, lounges, linen etc. Master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. Second bedroom has 2 king singles or can be made up as a king bed. The blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night’s sleep. The second bathroom has a spacious shower and large luxury bath. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas. The Villa has reverse cycle air conditioning .There is a separate laundry with a dryer and an outside washing line. The north facing courtyard has a gas bbq and outdoor setting with outdoor shower shaded with sails to provide the ultimate beach side holiday. If this is booked try Seaside Villa A. Both villas can be opened up with an adjoining gate for larger families and friends wanting to holiday together occupying both villas. The Villas have no steps. Discounts for 7 nights applicable.

The position of the units is perfect for a beach holiday. The main street where shops, cafes, restaurants are also only steps away makes it easy to spend days around Sawtell village without needing a car. The units themselves were both spotless and very spacious. Very well appointed with everything you would need for a very comfortable stay.Wendy and co. have won over a few more hearts with these units in a very special partof the world... From the beach, to Dorrigo rainforest.... you can't go wrong.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our stay at seaside villa B was amazing. It was spotless and well equiped with new cookware and crockery. The villa looked like it was recently renovated with beautiful linen and homeware. We found this property as a relatively late booking and were delighted to be able to stay. The property is very clean, updated inside and well equipped. Its location between the main street / cafes / restaurants/ pubs and the beach meant we could park up and be on foot with ease.

The Villa is modern, pristine and a great position. Easy walk to Main Street and beach. Unless you are venturing into Coffs etc, the car can stay parked. Our host, Wendy was lovely to speak to and helpful. We will be back

First class villa and location

Villa B was spacious and immaculately clean. Internally it had everything we wanted for a comfortable week long stay. The villa is so close to Sawtell beach and the Main Street with an abundance of eateries all within a 5 minute walk. If you don’t want to drive public transport to Toormina Shopping Centre or Park Beach Plaza is also only 5 minutes away.

Half Way House (couples from Brisbane and Sydney)

There were 4 adults so the 2 rooms with private facilities for both couples worked fine. Parking for two cars is adequate as long as some care is taken.

Host was very rude ,Didnt send correct check in details then hung up on me when i was trying to confirm location of the lock box .She got her dates wrong and entered the property during our stay she messaged very rude direct messages to my mobile no and then tried to bill us an aditional 350. With no explanation .She refused to respond to any comuniaction with us and the stayz managment team reguarding the over charge . Nice appartment unfortunately would not recomend after the overal experience

The Perfect Getaway

Perfect location opposite patrolled beach and so close to clubs, restaurants, cafes and everything you need within walking distance and no stairs! Villa is like brand new and spotless inside and out with all the comforts of home. Fast Wi-Fi and smart TV and loved the outdoor shower! The hosts Wendy and Steve were great and so quick to respond. Thanks for allowing us to create some great memories at Sawtell Seaside Villas. Will definitely be back.
