Luxurious Townhouse in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay at this luxurious and spacious townhouse greatly. It was extememly comfortable and all the furniture and ameneties were to the highest standard. Centrally located within easy access to shops and public transport. Jonathan is a gracious host and was extrememly accomadating to all our needs. VRBO really presents the opportunity for a true win/win scenario. As this home is my principal residence, it is fully loaded and available infrequently. So, when I do rent it out, my main focus is to find people who will take good care of it. Fi told me in an early correspondence that he would treat my home as if it were his own and he and Shelagh did exactly that. They were perfect guests. Correspondence was easy. They share my affinity for cleanliness. They are friendly and polite and I was honoured to meet and host them.

Jonathon was very thorough in sharing the details of the rental, from how to easily enter with the key safe, to how to use the technology. He generously stocked the fridge with food items, as well as providing extra soft bedding for the sofa. The location is perfect for accessing the city. I would highly recommend this condo.

Gracious owner, beautifully maintained, quiet and perfected located townhose

Jonathan the owner is gracious and accommodating fellow who met us, walked us through the Yorkville townhouse providing very helpful information on local dining, transportation and in the operation of the homes air and entertainment systems. The home is fully equipped and impeccably maintained. Over the course of our stay Jonathan was immediately available and more than generous in leaving us a refrigerator stocked with fruit, appetizers and beverages. In a busy city, the townhose is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood, making it the perfect refuge.

Spent years in finance and finally decided to trade my suits and dinner meetings lifestyle for mountains and oceans. During my fancier years I bought one of the few townhouses available in the trendy Yorkville area of Toronto. With my flexible schedule, I'm able to get away a lot, so I've decided to offer my place for rental given a good match with a potential guest.

What makes this property unique

Condos make up the majority of accommodations available in Yorkville while townhouses are rare and highly desirable. The traveller looking to rent a townhouse appreciates added square footage, convenient accessibility, avoidance of lobbies and elevators and enjoys the amenities of a true home experience. Also, while common areas such as the living room, dining room and kitchen are fun for group gatherings, it's nice to have a real option for privacy provided by the multi-floor layout.

This townhouse is equipped with everything imaginable to make your stay immensely relaxing. Even the air is maintained year round for comfort with multiple HealthMate Hepa air purifiers and a central air humidifier during the winter months. It is extremely well maintained and located on a quiet street while only minutes walking distance to many popular spots.

One last benefit is the second bedroom can also be changed over to an office setting with large desk, lounge chair and storage cabinet. Either setups are available at your request.
