Big LUXURY Penthouse villa with stocked kitchen,WiFi Pool/Hot tub,comfy beds.

We do extra cleaning and disinfecting in the villa to make it clean and ready for our guests. A Luxury Villa located across the street just a few steps from the ocean. This villa is a Penthouse villa located on the 4th floor with an awesome view of the ocean sunsets, great ocean breeze and very peaceful. No noisy guests staying above you.The villa has a large open floor plan with a huge, fully stocked kitchen, granite counters, a free standing freezer and 8 bars stools. The dining area has a cottage table and 8 chairs. As you move into the den/living room there is a large over sized sectional and a 60' flat screen TV. There is also another area that has a full bed / twin bed combo and a 32' flat screen TV. Perfect for kids or extra bedding. The 1st bedroom has a king size bed, TV and full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The 3rd bedroom has a king bed, TV and full bath Lastly is the Master bedroom with a king bed, TV and full bath. There is also a large balcony with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. We also have a washer and dryer for your use. The villa has upscale bedding, very comfortable beds and is a true Luxury Villa. We have WiFi, a shared pool and hot tub and a grilling area with 4 grills and a picnic table for our guests to use. This is a NO SMOKING villa. Smoking is not allowed in the villa or balcony.

The condo was perfect and spacious for our family. The washing machine messed up and Lori gave me access to another unit of hers so I could do some laundry. Communicated with her was fabulous. It was honestly one of the cleanest condos we’ve stayed at in awhile. The walk to the beach was super convenient as well. We will definitely be back.

The villa was beautiful and had plenty of space for 7 of us. Loved the balcony with view of the ocean and public ocean access was right across the street which was very convenient. The pool was smaller than expected and did not have much seating. The grilles that were for the entire building were awesome! Overall we were very happy with the unit. If there was one thing I would change it would be that we ended up having to buy dish washer pods, laundry detergent, garbage bags and toilet paper since we were staying the entire week and here was not enough of any of those in the villa to cover that amount of time and people. Not a huge deal but something to be aware of. Villa was also very convenient to many restaurants and other tourist attractions.

Our trip to north Myrtle beach was amazing because of Lori’s beautiful place. The view of the beach across the road was perfect for my elderly parents. We loved having an elevator for ease of access. When we checked in the place was immaculate, perfectly clean floors (something honestly that seems impossible to do right by the beach!)The home smelled so good, and the decorations were beautiful. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony. The area seems nice, and we were felt so safe here. We were so close to so many fun things to do, yet in a nice spot in town.Lori was very interactive and her communication was on point. The only negative thing we could say at all about the property were the warning signs with fines posted throughout , but also we understand because not everyone takes care of things as they should! There are beach chairs, some toys, and two umbrellas along with beach towels to use which made our week amazing and were things we realized we needed for long days on the beach. The kitchen has all of the dishes and amenities needed for a large family, and two fridges! We’d love to come back in the future to this family friendly home and atmosphere. Thanks Lori!

Thank you for the kind words about the villa. I work hard to keep it well maintained and clean. This shooting thing was very disturbing to hear, So I wanted to get the facts and I called the police dept and talked to the detective. It was a random shooting that had nothing to do with people staying in our building, it just happened on the street in front of our park garage. There were no injuries, no arrests and he said the people were long gone. Praise God no one was hurt. I have owned this villa since it was built 15 years ago. My family has 3 villas in this building. We come a lot and bring our kids, grand kids and elderly parents. We have always felt safe. This is a family building and have never had anything like this happen. I am truly sorry this happened during your stay. It is very sad and scary. Unfortunately things like this are apart of the world we live in. I still put my faith in God to overcome this evil. Great place for families!

This villa was a great place for our family. It was roomy with plenty of towels, pots and pans, dishes, etc. And having the extra refrigerator and freezer was great. It was a quiet neighborhood and just close enough to the beach. I highly recommend to anyone!

Loved this condo. It had everything we needed and more. The location is great and only a short walk across the highway to the beach. Greatly appreciated all the extra little conveniences the owners provided including beach towels and chairs. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Great Stay

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was able to accommodate our large family with room to spread out. The location was ideal for several trips to and from the beach with small children and older parents (you do have to cross a road that can be busy at times). Our host was very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay here again.
